Fort Collins, Loveland vacancy rates at 10-year lows

Vacancy rates in Fort Collins and Loveland are at 10-year lows, according to a report by the Department of Local Affairs Division of Housing released Tuesday.

The two cities combined had the lowest vacancy rates and highest rents among six of the state’s largest metro areas at the end of last year, according to Multifamily Vacancy and Rent report conducted by Gordon Von Stroh at the University of Denver. Read More ….
