Colorado Springs is Rated No. 4 on a List of America’s “10 Best Value Cities for 2011”

Colorado Springs is rated No. 4 on a list of America’s “10 best value cities for 2011” by financial news magazine Kiplinger. The ranking is meant to showcase metro areas “with vibrant economies, reasonable living costs, and great amenities,” the magazine says. The city received high marks for wooing companies with tax incentives, its highly educated workforce, its relatively low housing and utility costs, and its “spectacular” setting at the foot of the Rockies.
